Order Processing

Each order is prepared and shipped within 48 to 72 hours after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays). Items worn on demand may require additional preparation time, indicated at the time of order.

Delivery Times

After shipping, the estimated delivery time is 3 to 7 days. This timeframe is indicative and may vary depending on the destination and any transport contingencies.

Delivery Zones

The publisher ships its products worldwide.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination zone and clearly displayed before the order is confirmed. The customer acknowledges and accepts them at the time of payment.

Discreet Packaging

All products are shipped in neutral, discreet packaging, with no visible mention of the nature of the content or of the site, in order to protect the customer’s privacy.

Tracking

When a tracking number is available, it is sent to the customer by email after shipping.

Returns

The right of withdrawal and its exceptions are described in the Terms and Conditions of Sale (Article 8). For products eligible for return, the customer contacts the publisher at hello@jeffxfox.com to obtain instructions. For hygiene reasons, worn items and unsealed products cannot be returned.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If a parcel is not received within a reasonable time, lost or damaged, the customer contacts the publisher at hello@jeffxfox.com. A solution will be sought on a case-by-case basis (reshipment or refund depending on the situation).
