Article 1 — Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) govern the sale of products and services offered on jeffxfox.com, published by Toxic N’joy. Any order implies the customer’s full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms.
Article 2 — Products and Services
The site offers: physical products (limited edition, items worn on demand), private video call sessions, and a lifetime subscription to a private channel. The essential characteristics of each product or service are described on the corresponding page.
Article 3 — Eligible Customers
Products and services are strictly reserved for adults (18 years and over). By placing an order, the customer certifies that they are of legal age and legally capable of entering into a contract.
Article 4 — Prices
Prices are stated in euros. The publisher reserves the right to change prices at any time; products and services are invoiced based on the rate in effect at the time the order is confirmed. Any shipping costs are shown before the order is confirmed.
Article 5 — Orders
The customer selects their products, confirms their cart and then their order. The order is final only after payment confirmation. A confirmation email is sent to the customer.
Article 6 — Payment
Payment is made, at the customer’s choice, by PayPal or in cryptocurrency (BTC, USDT, ETH and other supported currencies) via the payment provider NOWPayments. The order is validated after effective payment confirmation by the relevant provider. No banking data is collected or stored by the publisher.
Article 7 — Delivery
Delivery terms, timeframes and zones are detailed on the “Shipping & Returns” page. Physical products are shipped in neutral, discreet packaging.
Article 8 — Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason. However, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does NOT apply, in particular, to:
- goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized (items worn on demand, custom content);
- goods unsealed after delivery that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons;
- digital content supplied on an intangible medium where performance has begun with the customer’s consent;
- services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period and whose performance began with the customer’s consent.

Article 9 — Private Call Sessions
Private calls are booked via the online calendar. Cancellation is free of charge up to 24 hours before the booked time. After this point, the service is considered due. The connection link is sent after payment confirmation.
Article 10 — Private Channel Subscription (Lifetime Access)
The “VIP Circle” subscription grants, via a single payment, lifetime access to the private channel. Access is strictly personal and non-transferable. The publisher reserves the right to suspend a member’s access without refund in the event of abusive behavior, unauthorized sharing of access, or breach of these Terms.
Article 11 — Product Availability
Product offers are valid while stocks last. Limited editions are offered in restricted quantities. If a product becomes unavailable after an order, the customer is informed and refunded.
Article 12 — Liability
The publisher cannot be held liable for non-performance of the contract in the event of force majeure, disruption, an unforeseeable and insurmountable act of a third party, or the act of the customer.

Article 14 — Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the customer shall first contact the publisher to seek an amicable solution. Failing agreement, the French courts shall have jurisdiction. The customer may also use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
